Tereza Krčmářová

Tereza joined Demaco team as the first lady in March 2023 in a position of Property Director for DMC ValMez. By that time she already had more than 7 years of experience in projects management for Czech leading development companies. Since April 2024 she´s responsible for marketing and social networks of the company.

In 2015 she joined CTP as an architecture student in a position of project manager and thus collaborated on famous Brno projects such as Spielberk Office Centre, Vlněna and Ponavka Business Park. In 2020 she moved to CPI PG where n addition to project management was in charge of marketing of the largest development project in Moravia, Nová Zbrojovka, which is recognized as one of the best communicated development projects by the public.
