JAROSLAV KAIZR jr.

Founding partner and one of Demaco managing directors responsible for business development and asset management of the company.

Jaroslav is active in CEE real estate market for more than 20 years already during which he was part of management at Cushman & Wakefield, CTP and Savills. Since 2010 he is part of professional interest group RICS ((Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors). Since 2018 he is one of the members at Finance and company valuation department at the University of Economics in Prague where he established MBA program focusing on development, investments and real estate valuation (MBARE) of which he´s a professional guarantor.

From 2017 to 2019 Slavek was head of leasing agency team in Savills responsible for development of activities in the Czech and Slovak Republics. Before that he was one of the management members and business development director at CTP, where he was responsible for a portfolio of more than 4 million square meters of commercial space in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Poland and Romania. Earlier Slávek was a Partner at Cushman & Wakefield responsible for managing the industrial property leasing team in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.

Slávek was at the start of industrial parks of Prologis in Pilsen and in Ostrava, of Segra in Prague and in Ostrava, of CTP in Kadaň, Ústí nad Labem, Blatnice and in Prague.

  • Acquisition and development of CTPark Kadaň and lease to Pfisterer (approx. 28 000 m2)
  • Acquisition and development of CTPark Teplice expansion and lease to Kuehne & Nagel and ProDirect (approx. 30 000 m2)
  • Acquisition and development of CTPark Planá nad Lužnicí and lease to Yanfeng (30 000 m2)
