This industrial facility is built according to the dmc construct 4.0 standard with modifications that correspond to the production technology and requirements of the tenant.
The facility was awarded first place in the Innovation of the Year category in the LOG-IN 2020 competition. The expert jury also nominated the facility in Týniště nad Orlicí for the award in the Industrial Real Estate pf the Year category in the Best of Realty 2020 competition.
