Industrial facility Tachov

We have built Gama production property in 2022 as construction manager for Urbanity investment group for client Eurostyle Systems, part of GMD group.

The property has a rentable area of 13 500sqm and it is possible to extend it by another approx. 2 000sqm. It has been built according to technical standard dmc construct 4.0 with specific requirements such as f.e. cranes, technology foundations and installation of technological distribution. Specific of this project is also its´ untraditional facade.

The property has been delivered on time and with savings compared to the initial planned budget thanks to our unique construction management based on open book principal.

During construction we have also restored engineering networks – refurbishment of rain water as well as sewerage drainage system, huge open retention tank, fire as well as drink water pipes have also been replaced – all of this in a live areal during the full operation of existing companies. Road network has also been completely adjusted.
