We built this production facility according to dmc construct 4.0 technical standard as a general contractor for our partner CBRE Global Investors for client Forvia (former Faurecia).
The facility has 12 500m2 of built up area and can be further expanded by another approximately 8 000m2. Demaco Construction who performs as a general contractor within Demaco group delivered the facility on time within 6 months during the uncetain pandemic period.
