Industrial park DMC ValMez

In July 2022, we concluded a sale and leaseback transaction with Schott and became owners of approx. 13ha of industrial property in Valašské Meziříčí. Schott has leased more than 38,000m2 on a long term basis. The project also includes the construction of an industrial hall with a size of approx. 11,150 m2, which will allow the Schott company to consolidate its premises and make operations more efficient.

We are also planning the construction of two more industrial halls with a total size of approx. 28,000 m2. The construction will be carried out on the basis of thedmc construct 4.0 technical standard. We will adapt the internal layout, building technology and external design to suit any interested party.

The DMC ValMez industrial park has an excellent infrastructure, it is connected to the very high voltage level of 110kV, it has its own water source and capacity drainage of sewage and rainwater.
