Industrial park DMC ValMez

In July 2022 we became an owner of industrial areal of Schott company with a size of approx. 13 hectares whereby Schott have leased from us more than 38 000sqm for a long-term. Part of the agreement was also construction of new warehouse with a size of 11 150sqm which has been successfully handed over in the middle of March 2024. This extension allowed Schott to consolidate their premises and make the operation more efficient.

Financing of the project has been provided by Česká spořitelna.

Within the park we plan to develop another three buildings with a total size of 34 000sqm. Construction will be carried out according to our technical standard dmc construct 4.1. Internal layout, technology as well as external design will be designed according to requirements of a specific client.

DMC ValMez provides an excellent infrastructure, it is connected to the very high voltage level of 110kV in combination with its own local distribution network which is also being operated by us. The park also has its own water source as well as capable drainage of sewage and rainwater.
