Industrial park DMC Pardubice I
We have been developing the DMC Pardubice I industrial park together with our partner Star Capital Finance. Former factory TMS (Továrny Mlýnských Strojů) built in the 1960s is being transformed into a modern industrial park with a focus on production operations with high added value.
In 2020, we built a 19,000 m2 production hall for the French company Faurecia in the dmc construct 4.1 technical standard with modifications that correspond to the production technology and the tenant’s requirements.
With this construction, we rounded up the total lettable area of the DMC Pardubice I park to 89,900 m2. Development of the park has allowed us to invest in infrastructure and in improving water management.
Faurecia’s production facility was awarded 2nd place in the Industrial Real Estate category in the Best of Realty 2020 competition.
