Industrial park DMC Pardubice

We develop DMC Pardubice industrial park together with our partner Star Capital Finance. Former factory ​​TMS (Továrny Mlýnských Strojů) built in the 1960s is being transformed into a modern industrial park with a focus on production operations with high added value.

In 2020 we have built a 19,000sqm production facility for French company Faurecia (now Forvia) according to technical standard dmc construct 4.0 with modifications which meet client´s production technology requirements.

Faurecia’s production facility has been nominated in Best of Realty 2020 in the category Industrial property and obtained LEED Silver certification.

Financing has been provided by Raiffeisenbank. The property has been delivered on time and with savings compared to the budget thanks to construction management and an open-book principle.

By delivering of new property to company ThermoFisher in 2023 we have rounded up the total lettable area of DMC Pardubice to 91 00sqm. Development has allowed us to invest into infrastructure and improvement of water management.
