Industrial facility DMC Kvasiny

We plan to start development of DMC Kvasiny in 2024 by construction of idustrial property with a built-up area of approx. 18 000sqm. This is the largest permitted building ready for construction near the Škoda Auto plant in Kvasiny, where the successful SUPERB, KODIAQ and KAROQ models are being produced.

DMC Kvasiny is located just 1.3kms from the cargo gate of the Škoda Auto plant in Kvasiny. All utilities are available in the area in a sufficient capacity.

The construction will be in line with the technical standard dmc construct 4.0. Internal layout as well as the external design will be a “turn-key” delivery in accordance with requirements of a specific client. The smallest unit that can be separated within the property has an area of approx. 5 000sqm however requirements above 8 000sqm are preferred.
