Industrial park DMC Paskov

Innovation and sustainability combined

DMC Paskov project brings new life to the former Paskov Mine site, which has been transformed into one of the most important industrial parks in the Moravian-Silesian Region. Its strategic location with access to the D56 motorway and direct connection to the PKP Cargo rail container terminal makes it a unique logistics hub in Central Europe. The project combines state-of-the-art infrastructure, sustainable technologies, and modern architectural standards with the goal of maximizing the efficiency of tenants’ logistics operations.

In December 2022, we successfully completed the modern cross-dock DMC 1 hall for ŠKODA AUTO, offering 9,022 m² of industrial space including dispatch canopies, as well as 866 m² of office and welfare facilities. The technical solution includes a sheltered area for gitter boxes equipped with loading ramps to ensure smooth material flow. Thanks to the ability to load and unload gigaliners, the facility supports higher transport capacities and streamlines the entire supply chain. The hall is also future-ready for electromobility—it is equipped with fast-charging stations for passenger cars and technical infrastructure for charging electric trucks.

New DMC 2 hall – expansion of the DMC Paskov project

In November 2025, we handed over a 13,400 m² unit within the new DMC 2 hall to Lenzing Biocel Paskov for trial operation. The hall will offer more than 19,000 m² of total built-up area. Lenzing will use the premises for logistics connected to the PKP Cargo International rail container terminal, to which the hall will be linked via its own siding.

The remaining unit of approximately 6,000 m² is currently available and can be divided into smaller units starting from 1,000 m², suitable for both storage and light manufacturing operations.

The DMC 2 hall was built according to our latest technological standard dmc construct 4.2, with individual adaptations tailored to the tenant’s specific requirements.

A strategic location for efficient logistics

DMC Paskov is located on an exceptionally advantageous transport route:

  • just 2 kms from Ostrava
  • at Exit 43 of the D56 motorway, connecting D1 in Ostrava and D48 in Frýdek-Místek
  • with direct access to the PKP Cargo International rail terminal

This combination enables highly flexible transport options, including the handling of one complete train per day, significantly accelerating delivery times while reducing the carbon footprint of logistics operations.

Our development at DMC Paskov demonstrates that combining modern technologies, sustainable practices, and efficient logistics is not only possible – it is essential for the future of the industrial sector.
