Industrial park DMC Paskov

Innovation and sustainability combined

On the brownfield site of the former Paskov Mine, we have developed a modern logistics hall for ŠKODA AUTO, a.s., meeting the highest industrial standards and offering innovative solutions for both efficient logistics and sustainable operations. Completed in December 2022, the facility provides 9,022 sqm of industrial space, including covered dispatch areas, and 866 sqm of office and welfare space.

The hall was designed with current industrial trends and the specific needs of the tenant in mind. Part of the technical concept is a covered area for gitter boxes with loading ramps, ensuring smooth material flow. Thanks to its capability to handle gigaliner trucks, the facility supports higher transport capacities and enhances supply chain efficiency. The hall is also prepared for the future of e-mobility – it features fast-charging stations for passenger vehicles and technical infrastructure for electric truck charging.

New DMC2 hall – expansion of the DMC Paskov project

In May 2025, we obtained a final building permit for the construction of the new DMC2 hall, which is a natural continuation of the successful development of the site. The new facility will offer over 19,000 sqm of built-up area, with 70% already pre-leased to Lenzing Biocel Paskov a.s., which will use the space for logistics operations linked to the PKP Cargo International intermodal rail terminal. The hall will be connected to the terminal via its own private rail siding. Trial operation is scheduled for November 2025.

The remaining unit of approximately 6,000 sqm is currently available and can be subdivided into smaller units starting at 1,000 sqm.

DMC2 will be constructed in line with our latest technological standard, dmc construct 4.2, offering tailored space solutions according to tenant requirements. The facility is suitable for storage as well as light production.

A strategic location for efficient logistics

DMC Paskov is located on an exceptionally advantageous transport route:

  • just 2 kms from Ostrava
  • at Exit 43 of the D56 motorway, connecting D1 in Ostrava and D48 in Frýdek-Místek
  • with direct access to the PKP Cargo International rail terminal

This combination enables highly flexible transport options, including the handling of one complete train per day, significantly accelerating delivery times while reducing the carbon footprint of logistics operations.

Our development at DMC Paskov demonstrates that combining modern technologies, sustainable practices, and efficient logistics is not only possible – it is essential for the future of the industrial sector.
