Zden\u011bk\u00a0<\/span>Raus<\/span>, who also becomes a Partner at\u00a0<\/span>Demaco<\/span>, is taking on the position of CFO. From his position, he will mainly manage the financing of the growing activities of the\u00a0<\/span>Demaco<\/span>\u00a0Group\u00a0<\/span>in order to<\/span>\u00a0ensure a sufficient financial base and liquidity in the area of development and investments. Next year,\u00a0<\/span>Demaco<\/span>\u00a0plans further construction in several locations in the East Bohemian, Pilsen, South Moravian,\u00a0<\/span>Zl\u00edn<\/span>\u00a0and Moravian-Silesian regions, on an area of more than 90,000\u00a0<\/span>m2<\/span>. The total planned\u00a0<\/span>amount<\/span>\u00a0of investments in the next two years is at the level of 1.5 billion crowns.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n\n

“The arrival of an experienced manager in one of the key positions in the company is a logical step related to the significant growth of the entire\u00a0<\/span>Demaco<\/span>\u00a0Group. In the coming years, we plan to expand our activities to other locations and prepare projects\u00a0<\/span>totaling<\/span>\u00a01.5 billion crowns. Such robust investments need strong and experienced financial management. Zden\u011bk has extensive experience in this\u00a0<\/span>area<\/span>\u00a0and I am very glad that we have him in the team,”<\/span><\/span><\/em>\u00a0<\/span>says Jaroslav Kaizr, a partner at\u00a0<\/span>Demaco<\/span>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n\n
