Three new parks in Moravia represent a&nbsp;new portfolio using Demaco\u2019s own equity. In Park DMC ValMez, the company has an 11,000 sqm industrial hall preleased to German manufacturer Schott, which it plans to start before year\u2019s end with a&nbsp;further 28,000 sqm possible in the same location. South by Ostrava, development is underway on an 8,500 sqm hall for \u0160koda Auto, which forms the new DMC Paskov. A&nbsp;third project, south in Brno, a&nbsp;hall of 4,500 sqm for another bluechip company is slated for construction next year. The three locations, representing a&nbsp;portfolio worth roughly EUR 70 million, are set to be completed by 2024. Demaco is also planning new parks in other parts of the country, including Prague and Eastern Bohemia. The company currently has over 140,000 sqm under management.
