Industrial facility Kolín – Ovčáry – TKG AUTOMOTIVE

In April 2026, we commenced the construction of a new production facility in the immediate vicinity of the Ovčáry industrial zone for the Turkish company TKG AUTOMOTIVE, a supplier to Toyota Motor Manufacturing Czech Republic. The new plant in the Czech Republic will support the company’s further growth and strengthen its manufacturing capacity across Europe.

From initial concept to delivery

The project is being delivered on a Design & Build basis – from initial technical due diligence of the site, through the design of the building and technologies, permitting processes, and ultimately construction, all as one integrated process. This approach allows us to develop a solution that fully reflects the client’s specific production processes, technological requirements, and future expansion plans.

High standard and operational efficiency

The building has been designed and is being delivered in accordance with our dmc construct 4.2 standard, which emphasizes operational efficiency, long-term sustainability, and a high technical standard. The project targets an energy performance rating of PENB A and incorporates energy-efficient technologies, including LED lighting and intelligent building management systems, as well as readiness for the installation of renewable energy sources and further technological expansion based on the user’s needs.

Designed around real operations

From the outset, the design reflects the specifics of the production process – the layout, logistics flows, and technical facilities are tailored to the user’s technology to support both operational efficiency and long-term flexibility. The project once again confirms our ability to deliver tailor-made solutions for demanding and technologically advanced operations.

Completion of the first phase and handover of the facility to the user is scheduled for Q1 2027.
